Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, managing and nurturing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional solutions. As the primary point of contact for our clients, the successful candidate will ensure our clients maximize the value of our software, fostering long-term success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Puzzle Auto’s platform, and facilitate initial training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and our technical team.
  • Regularly assess client needs and software usage, providing recommendations to optimize their experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or solutions to enhance client outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide continuous product improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, including progress, roadblocks, and opportunities, to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client service role, preferably within the software or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, including at the executive level.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
