Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes to your plan will be reflected in your billing cycle immediately if you're upgrading, or at the start of your next billing cycle if you're downgrading.

Do you offer any discounts for dealer groups?

Yes, volume discounts are available in accordance to our pricing policy. This ensures fair pricing across all our clients.

Do you offer any discounts for using multiple products?

Yes, percentage-based discounts will be applied for each store using multiple puzzle auto products & services.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct transfers & credit cards using our secured payment partner, Stripe.

How is billing handled?

Billing is done on a monthly basis, starting from the date you sign up for a Paid Plan. For annual subscriptions, the billing cycle starts on the date of subscription. You can request a custom billing date during onboarding.

What's your cancellation policy

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan, unless you choose to permanently delete your account.
